As a key member of our customer-centric organization, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch service and support to our customers.

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work in our inbound call center, handling a variety of credit card-related issues, including payments, lost/stolen cards, disputes, fraud, transaction review, and balance transfers. You'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our customers, adhering to performance metrics, and escalating complex scenarios to our advanced support team when needed. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our customers, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our ranks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers with credit card profiles and various card-related issues.

  • Handle an average of 80-100 inbound calls per day, addressing a range of customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Adhere to performance metrics, including average handle time (3-5 minutes), customer feedback surveys, quality of service, and attendance.
  • Escalate complex scenarios to our 2nd tier level of support for resolution.

Requirements and Qualifications:

* 6+ months of customer service experience.

  • 6+ months of call center experience.
  • Financial services/banking experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Office and email correspondence experience.

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary: $18/hr, with the opportunity to increase to $20/hr within 6 months.

Schedule:

* Training schedule.

  • Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm (after training).
