Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality products and services to customers, addressing their needs and exceeding their expectations
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Continuously improving customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Entering accurate and detailed information into our systems, as required
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and integrity in all interactions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • A proven track record of success in customer-facing roles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
