Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing knowledge of plans, products, and systems to provide accurate and helpful information
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and first-call resolution
  • Providing exceptional support to our members, providers, and patients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or healthcare environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong computer navigation and typing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Health insurance experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • 1+ year of experience in a call center setting
