Job Summary

As a Teen Data Entry Crew Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a small team of teen data entry workers, ensuring accurate data entry, and meeting deadlines. This entry-level leadership role is perfect for a motivated and organized teen who's eager to take on new challenges and develop their leadership skills.

Responsibilities

* Enter and review basic data (lists, records, digital forms) to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Assign and track tasks for a small team of 3-5 teen data entry workers, providing guidance and support as needed
• Organize team spreadsheets and reports to facilitate efficient data management
• Report weekly progress to a senior remote coordinator, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
• Help new hires understand basic tools and task flow, providing a positive onboarding experience
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve data entry processes
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and best practices

Requirements

* Be between 16-18 years old and based in the U.S.

• Possess strong attention to detail and basic tech skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Enjoy helping others stay organized and motivated, with a kind and empathetic approach
• Be able to follow instructions and lead with confidence, even in a remote work environment
• Have access to a computer and reliable internet connection
