Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including data entry, overtime processing, and training coordination. You will also maintain WorkBrain entries for all employees and serve as a backup when required. If you have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent typing skills (35 WPM), we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry and overtime processing
  • Coordinating training and maintaining WorkBrain entries for all employees
  • Serving as a backup when required
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent typing skills (35 WPM)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
