[Remote] Analyst, Sales Comp Admin

The Sales Comp Admin Analyst will administer sales incentive plans, ensuring accurate and timely compensation payments while collaborating with various business partners and optimizing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Validate participant’s eligibility for sales incentive compensation timely, accurately and within sales incentive plan design parameters
  • Validate sales incentive compensation files prior to final submission to the payroll application
  • Communicate with business partners at all levels in a well-organized, concise, and logical manner
  • Use technology to optimize existing incentive compensation processes and procedures to streamline quarterly payment process
  • Support SPM (Sales Performance Management) tool implementation, including requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting system processes
  • Configure and maintain assigned Lines of Business (LOBs) within the SPM tool, including plan logic, participant setup, and workflow updates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with plan design
  • Assist in ongoing system maintenance by participating in quarterly updates, validating calculation results, and ensuring system outputs match expected plan outcomes

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively

  • Ability to handle multiple task assignments and work independently
  • Collaboration skills: work well across matrix organization
  • Exceptional and demonstrated conflict management skill set
  • Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to learn new software applications (e.g. Dataiku, Tableau, SPM Tool)
  • Previous work experience in business functions, finance, and/or accounting
  • Previous work experience in fast paced, fluid, and time-sensitive environments
  • Knowledge of system implementation processes and testing procedures
  • Familiarity Health Insurance is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, mathematics, engineering, accounting or similar prefer
