Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) – HVAC / Air Conditioning Systems

Role Summary

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of order processing, delivery execution, and invoicing for air conditioning systems in an international environment. The role acts as a central interface between European customers, Asian and European manufacturing plants, logistics partners, and internal commercial teams, ensuring smooth operations, transparent communication, and reliable reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage order intake, processing, and confirmation in SAP

  • Coordinate orders with manufacturing plants located in Asia and Europe

  • Manage international deliveries and shipment execution to customers across Europe

  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics service providers

  • Create and process customer invoices in SAP

  • Act as primary contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, and invoices

  • Communicate closely with factories, customers, and internal stakeholders

  • Prepare statistics, reports, and analyses related to orders, deliveries, and performance

  • Support continuous improvement of supply chain and order-to-cash processes

  • Logistics Providers and Freight Forwarders

  • Sales, Finance, Commercial, and SAP / IT Teams

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or comparable qualification

  • Experience in supply chain, order management, or commercial operations

  • Solid SAP experience (Order Management / Invoicing)

  • Experience with international supply chains and deliveries

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
