Talent Acquisition Specialist (Hybrid)

Hilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, and they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the recruitment and selection process for designated departments. This role is crucial for building effective recruitment pipelines and providing excellent customer service to meet the organization's hiring needs.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, network, and market our open job opportunities to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Use existing tools and technology to source, evaluate, interview, and present a slate of qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration
  • Ensure regular communication with the client to provide updates on status and progress
  • Attend community and/or diversity organizations, colleges, and local events and job fairs
  • Support company-wide initiatives by serving on special projects within Talent Acquisition Services
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Skills

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Prior experience in recruiting
  • Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel locally or out of state to attend hiring events and job fairs
  • Must be local on Maui
  • Bilingual in English and Japanese
  • Strong planning and organizational skills using the ability to set priorities, plan, and coordinate events
