Sales Development Representative

Ressio Software is addressing the housing crisis in America with an AI-powered project management platform for home builders. They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to focus on lead generation and revenue growth, with opportunities for quick promotion for top performers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers within the residential construction industry, notably home builders and remodelers
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through outbound sales efforts
  • Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to engage potential customers and schedule demos
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition and address inquiries from prospects
  • Consistently hit cold calling and demo setting activity metrics
  • Qualify leads and understand their construction management software needs
  • Schedule product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our software
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the funnel
  • Work closely with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies and processes
  • Collaborate with peers to drive continuous improvement and team performance
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions to help improve our offering

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential customers
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to lead generation
  • Actively seek feedback, quickly incorporating it and showing measurable growth
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced startup
  • Quick learner with CRM software and sales tools
  • Experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Interest in the residential construction industry
