UKG Workforce Management Developer

- Develop, customize, and maintain reports across workforce modules, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Payroll
- Trace front-end application data back to underlying database tables and schemas

- Translate workforce data into clear, actionable insights for operational and business stakeholders
- Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and ongoing scalability

- Support ETL processes and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and validation
- Work within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments to support analytics and reporting workflows
- Integrate data from multiple sources, including UKG platforms and cloud-based systems
- Partner with functional and business teams to gather reporting and data requirements
- Translate business questions into technical reporting solutions
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Management (WFM) or UKG Workforce Central (WFC)
- Strong understanding of UKG backend data structures and data relationships
- Advanced SQL skills for complex data extraction, transformation, and validation
- 3+ years of experience in reporting and dashboard development
- Proven experience mapping front-end data elements to backend tables
- Experience working in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments
- Hands-on experience supporting ETL processes and data pipelines
- Experience with Looker or Looker Studio
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Prior configuration or advanced reporting within UKG platforms
- Experience supporting large-scale workforce or HR data environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work across technical data, reporting, and functional domains
- Clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented approach to data accuracy and validation
- Self-directed, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced, remote environment
