[Remote] Recruiter

They are seeking a Recruiter who will assist in developing recruiting strategies, act as a brand ambassador, and engage in community outreach to fulfill staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations
- Acting as the Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations, and educational centers
- Source and attend scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events
Skills
- Seeking a minimum of 1 year of recruiting, staffing, talent management, human resources, education, customer service, or other equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Customer service focus
- MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Candidates must live in Jackson, MS
- Ability to travel up to 20% - 50% to hire, recruiting, school, talent and other applicable events
- Valid US driver's license in good standing
