Sikich has a potential need for a Data Scientist to support our client. This role is contingent upon award of contract. We are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team. What will you do in this role?- Interprets data, analyzes results using statistical techniques including ability to leverage visualization, data analysis and data mining tools.
- Develops and implements data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Acquires data from primary or secondary data sources and maintains databases/data systems.
- Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Filters and cleans data by reviewing the data and leverages performance indicators to locate and analyze anomalies.
- Works with management to recommend and prioritize business and information needs as well as locate and define new process improvement opportunities based on data analyses.
- Bachelor's degree required
- US Citizenship required
- Must be eligible to obtain & maintain a US government security clearance.
- Minimum of 3 years of data analytics
- Experience with Tableau, Python, R, ACL, PowerBI, MATLAB
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills

- Sikich maintains a Flexible Time Off (FTO) Policy.
