Position Summary

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will work within the team that is responsible for designing, building and maintaining the platform where AML RightSource services and applications are hosted.

Our job is to ensure the platform is secure, scalable, maintainable and cost-efficient. In addition, the team is responsible for developing and maintaining the tools used by the other engineering teams to help them effectively build, deploy and monitor their services in production.

In this role, you’ll get to work with a broad range of systems and technologies, make design/architecture decisions, define best practices, and work closely with developers and other engineers to build the right solutions.

This is a remote-based role so no long commute!

Technical Skills:

We use various services within AWS to host our platform as well as using:

• GitLab for CI/CD orchestration

• Terraform for Infrastructure as Code

• Kubernetes (EKS) for container orchestration

• ArgoCD for cluster workload management

• Prometheus for monitoring and observability

• ElasticSearch and Splunk for log aggregation and search

• And most of our services are written in Python

This is a senior role therefore we are looking for someone that has a good breadth of experience in all or most of the above areas, and has an interest in learning new technologies, skills and techniques.
