What You Will Do as a Territory Sales Manager: This position is responsible for developing and executing territory business plans, managing large multilevel, multi-location accounts, and attaining assigned sales targets. Additionally, this position is responsible for maintaining effective relationships with customer and internal departments to ensure expectations are met. Establish control-related standards and procedures.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Develop and manage large ($1m+) multi-level, multi-location accounts as well as assertive prospecting and selling adding to new accounts to your territory portfolio. We are a growth driven company.
  • Develop and execute territory business plan focusing on both annual goals and long-term growth. 
  • This includes identification of new customers and end-user targets, conducting needs analysis, development of appropriate value proposition and effective qualification and communication of the customer potential. Responsible for knowing what the competitive landscape is. 
  • Attain 100% of assigned territory sales targets. 
  • Conduct required number of sales calls for both existing customers and potential customers. 
  • Collaborate with internal departments to determine sales forecast, product requirements, and customer problem resolution. 
  • Communicate activities, opportunities, and competitive information through CRM system using daily/weekly status reports in a timely manner. 
  • Effectively communicate and assist with training of customers as needed on company products and services and how they relate to specific industry targets. 
  • Assist in training and coaching of new territory sales managers

Skills for Success:

  • 5+ Years of Related Professional Experience
  • BS/BA degree 
  • Apparel and / or Safety sales experience in a B2B model 
  • Sales experience managing large regional or national accounts 
  • Excellent professional communication skills (oral, written, presentation) including Power Point
  • Strong sales prospecting, qualifying, and closing skills 
  • Proven executive level interpersonal skills 
  • Proven contract negotiation skills 
  • Excellent organizational and process management skills 
  • Knowledgeable in fabric, garment construction, and garment functionality 
  • Knowledgeable in inventory management, distribution, IS, C/S, and Ecommerce
  • 55% Travel 50% Intra State Travel including 1-2 overnights on average per week
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • No relocation package available
