Role Overview

The AI Multimedia Designer & Video Editor is responsible for creating high-quality visual and video content across digital platforms. This role combines graphic design, video production, and emerging AI tools to support marketing, branding, and web initiatives.

You will work across a range of content types—from static graphics to fully produced videos—while using modern tools and workflows to improve efficiency and scale output without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Visual Content

• Design digital assets including web graphics, social media content, advertisements, and branded materials

• Develop layouts, logos, and visual concepts aligned with brand standards

• Apply strong typography, color, and layout principles to create clear and engaging designs

• Translate creative briefs into polished visual outputs

Video Production and Editing

• Edit and produce video content for marketing campaigns, social media, internal communications, and training

• Manage the full video process, including basic scripting, sequencing, editing, and final export

• Incorporate motion graphics, audio, captions, and transitions

• Optimize video content for different platforms and formats

AI-Enhanced Content Workflows

• Use AI-supported tools to streamline design and video production tasks

• Generate content variations and assist in scaling creative output

• Stay current with emerging tools and apply them where they improve workflow or quality

• Balance automation with creative judgment to maintain brand standards

Collaboration and Execution

• Work closely with web developers, marketers, and content teams

• Interpret project requirements and provide creative solutions

• Present concepts and revise work based on feedback

• Maintain consistency across all visual outputs

Content Management

• Organize and maintain project files, media assets, and design systems

• Prepare final files for delivery across web, social, and internal platforms

• Support publishing workflows as needed

Requirements

Experience and Technical Skills

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or video editing

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both design and video work

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects

• Working knowledge of video editing and motion graphics workflows

• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for design or video production

Core Capabilities

• Solid understanding of design fundamentals such as layout, typography, and color

• Ability to produce clean, effective, and brand-aligned visuals

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools for content generation or editing

• Understanding of digital content performance, including social and search-driven environments

• Basic familiarity with web design or user experience principles

Professional Skills

• Clear communication and ability to explain design decisions

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Ability to take direction while also contributing ideas and improvements
