Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Remote Customer Care Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans via phone, answering inquiries regarding prescription coverage, drug benefits, and mail order services. Key Responsibilities

* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans via phone, providing solutions and support to enhance their healthcare experience

  • Answer inquiries regarding prescription coverage, drug benefits, and mail order services
  • Empower members to understand their coverage and options, providing clear and concise information
  • Provide empathetic and supportive communication to members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to members
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge

Requirements

* Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing experience (call center, retail, customer support, hospitality, or military)

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to empathize with and support customers
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
  • Adherence to HIPAA regulations
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience (bonus points)
