About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Account Director to lead our enterprise sales efforts and drive the adoption of ChatGPT Enterprise. As a strategic member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in helping customers unlock the full potential of our AI products and drive business growth. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure, representing arenaflex as a thought leader in AI
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Solutions, Support, Marketing, and Partnership professionals
• Developing and executing customized sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships
• Providing market feedback and insights to inform product roadmap and corporate strategies
• Supporting the development of company culture and contributing to the growth of our high-performing team

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Director at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the enterprise market * Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships * Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target accounts * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer * Providing market feedback and insights to inform product roadmap and corporate strategies * Supporting the development of company culture and contributing to the growth of our high-performing team

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have: * Proven experience in selling platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service at a product-led growth company * A track record of achieving revenue targets exceeding $1M per year for at least 6 years * Expertise in designing and executing complex deal strategies and leading high-visibility customer events * Strong market intelligence and reporting skills, with the ability to gather, distill, and process complex market data * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
