Job Summary

The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, resolving problems, and fulfilling requests while maintaining database integrity in the Staff PM System. You will also assist the Data Entry/Reporting team in monitoring and effectively maintaining the volume of all DHP Credentialing mailboxes. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers via phone and email
  • Resolving problems and answering inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and database integrity in the Staff PM System
  • Assisting the Data Entry/Reporting team in monitoring and maintaining DHP Credentialing mailboxes
  • Following up with DHPs on credentialing requests and applications
  • Notifying facilities on a monthly basis of DHPs that do not respond to credentialing requests
  • Maintaining production and quality standards, and participating in special projects as needed

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and database integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of healthcare staffing solutions and industry trends
  • Experience with database management and data entry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
