Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Executing and fulfilling enrichment tasks as outlined in our comprehensive client training program
• Managing credentialing-related functions, including data entry of applications, verification of vendor resources, and oversight of board certifications
• Conducting follow-ups with state boards and credentialing organizations to procure status updates and verifications
• Ensuring the integrity and precision of credentialing data, adhering strictly to industry compliance standards
• Validating information from external entities through online databases to guarantee accuracy
• Embracing additional responsibilities and tasks as required

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to accuracy
• Proficient command of the English language
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to support a home-based work environment
• Internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads
