Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards for customer service

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software tools and systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products or services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
