Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States - Must reside in or near Houston, Texas (or be willing to relocate) - No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided - Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner - Ability to handle multiple conversations at once, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively - Comfortable using online chat platforms and computer systems, with a reliable internet connection and access to a computer - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box - Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
