Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry & Call Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the operations of one of the fastest-growing entertainment platforms – TikTok. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Accurately inputting user feedback, support tickets, and case resolutions into internal databases
• Responding to customer calls and assisting with account access issues, data verifications, and general questions
• Cross-referencing data between user reports and platform guidelines
• Maintaining accurate call and case notes for internal recordkeeping
• Flagging and escalating complex issues to team leads or platform partners
• Organizing and maintaining digital documentation of reports and resolutions
• Meeting daily accuracy, quality, and call-response standards

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support, call handling, or data entry roles
• Comfortable with phone-based interaction in a remote environment
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok, is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
