Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our data operations team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You'll work closely with our team to input and verify high-volume data entries, perform data audits and cleanup, and maintain databases and reporting systems. Responsibilities

- Data Entry and Verification: Input and verify high-volume data entries with precision and accuracy, ensuring the quality and integrity of our data. - Data Audits and Cleanup: Perform regular data audits and cleanup to identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring our systems are up-to-date and accurate. - Database and Reporting Systems: Maintain and update databases and reporting systems, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient reporting. - Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our team to resolve data-related issues, provide support, and communicate effectively to ensure seamless data operations.

Requirements

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration) preferred. - Typing Speed: Fast, accurate typing (50+ WPM) with excellent keyboarding skills. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and data platforms, with experience in data entry, data analysis, and data visualization. - Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in data entry and verification. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
