Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer service via phone, email, or chat to arenaflex customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assisting members with insurance coverage questions, prescription refills, billing concerns, and account inquiries, providing guidance and support to help them navigate the complexities of our services.
  • Navigating arenaflex systems to locate account information, process updates, and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate support.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring that our customers' needs are documented and followed up on.
  • Following company policies and privacy regulations, ensuring HIPAA compliance at all times, and maintaining the confidentiality of our customers' personal and health information.
  • Collaborating with other departments to escalate complex cases when needed, ensuring that our customers receive comprehensive support and resolution.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance targets for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (some college or healthcare-related coursework preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with email, online forms, and data entry.
  • The ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced remote environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred; healthcare or pharmacy background is a plus.
  • A quiet home office, reliable high-speed internet, and the ability to work independently.
