Job Summary

We're seeking a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team, working on a flexible schedule that suits your needs. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance, submitting tickets into our Help Desk system, and providing exceptional customer service through email communication. This is a permanent opportunity with a starting pay rate of up to $20 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or online chat

  • Submit tickets into arenaflex's Help Desk system for review by our Help Desk technicians
  • Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and update the customer accordingly
  • Email responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates on their issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket status
  • Collaborate with the Help Desk team to resolve complex technical issues and provide timely solutions to customers
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring that all tickets are closed out quickly and efficiently

Essential Qualifications

* No prior experience is required, but previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable

  • Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on a computer all day, with minimal distractions and interruptions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software, including operating systems, applications, and troubleshooting techniques

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with ticketing systems, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk

  • Knowledge of customer service software, such as Salesforce or ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or technical support
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
