Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for interacting with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat or email, assisting them with all their needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Working effectively in a team environment to achieve business objectives
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Schedule and Earnings

As an independent contractor at arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule, working from the comfort of your own home. Our contractors typically work during weekdays and daytime hours, but we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs. Your earnings will be based on your phone call status when assisting customers, with competitive pay rates of $12 per hour. Additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

Technology and Equipment Requirements

To ensure seamless connectivity and effective communication, you will need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:

  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
  • Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad needed for authentication into client and arenaflex systems
  • Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system must be used (some clients will accept an AppleOS)

Work Environment Requirements

To ensure effective and efficient work, you will need to meet the following work environment requirements:

  • Quiet, uninterrupted space
  • Organized desk area

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor at arenaflex, you will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with us. We will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, workers compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
