As a global company with a strong presence in some of the world's strongest jurisdictions, we're expanding our Customer Care team with a talented Content Writer Intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of our customer help center, a platform that's being built from the ground up. You'll have the chance to contribute to design decisions, develop content briefs and outlines, and create engaging content that supports our customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
As a Content Writer Intern at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
• Writing high-quality content to support our customers and internal teams
• Creating content solutions that meet our brand guidelines and customer needs
• Developing content briefs and outlines that align with our business objectives
• Editing existing content to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Conducting research to identify gaps in our existing content and develop new ideas
• Collaborating with our design team to make design decisions and ensure a seamless user experience
• Tracking key metrics to measure the success of our content and make data-driven decisions

What we're looking for
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• Complete fluency in Spanish and American English
• Experience writing for various audiences and formats
• Excellent written and grammatical skills to create engaging and error-free content
• Ability to carry out research on assigned topics and develop new ideas
• Experience creating content briefs or outlines to align with business objectives
• Ability to fact-check content and ensure accuracy
• Experience with Apple MacOS or a willingness to learn
• Knowledge of the crypto-industry is a plus, but not required (we'll get you up to speed!)
• A fun and positive attitude to collaborate with our team
• Familiarity with SEO principles is a plus
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy
• Proficient organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback
