Job Description

As a Consultant Streaming Support, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service to our clients in the streaming media and entertainment industry. You'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with technical issues, account inquiries, and troubleshooting related to streaming services
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure a seamless streaming experience
  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshooting technical problems efficiently and effectively
  • Documenting customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest streaming services and technologies

Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience

  • Experience with streaming, including basic troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Technical support experience
  • Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
  • Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)

Requirements for Remote Work

* Excellent Internet connectivity: + Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download – the faster the better! + Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
