Job Summary

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a keen eye for detail to ensure data integrity. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering and updating data into databases and systems with high accuracy
  • Performing regular data verification and validation to ensure data integrity
  • Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files for easy retrieval
  • Assisting with clerical tasks such as typing reports, memos, and correspondence
  • Collecting data from various sources and compiling it into structured formats
  • Utilizing Excel for data analysis, reporting, and organization of information
  • Collaborating with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency
  • Responding to inquiries regarding data entries or discrepancies as needed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficient in data entry with a strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with database management systems is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic math skills for accurate data handling
  • Experience with file management, both physical and digital
  • Strong clerical skills, including typing speed and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting
