Key Responsibilities
As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing technical support, and managing customer accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and resolving complex issues
- Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned
- Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing projects and updates
- Time and task management, multitasking, and task prioritization
- Extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
- High level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a comfortable working from home
- Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Spanish Bilingual, with a high level of proficiency in both speaking and writing
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, with a strong understanding of health insurance and the Affordable Care Act (ACA)

Preferred Experience
While not required, previous experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish Bilingual, with a high level of proficiency in both speaking and writing
