We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to make informed decisions about their benefits.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to union members, responding to inquiries and requests for information about available benefits
- Educate clients about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation, highlighting the value and advantages of our services
- Work closely with union associations to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of benefits to our clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets, where applicable, by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell benefits to our clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure our clients receive the most comprehensive and accurate information
Requirements for Consideration:
- Flexibility to work remotely and manage your schedule to meet the needs of our clients
- Fluent in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus, but not required)
- MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
