Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll work closely with our management team to identify areas for improvement and implement systematic solutions to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Keying paper applications into the arenaflex database with high accuracy and speed
• Maintaining acceptable keying speed and accuracy standards
• Assisting the deposit room with entering checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed
• Assisting with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members
• Collaborating with management to address systematic opportunities and issues
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders

Education and Work Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• A college degree is preferred
• 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a related field
