As a key member of our arenaflex team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' lives. Here's a glimpse into what a typical day might look like:

  • Assist customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and memorable.
  • Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment, staying up-to-date on the latest systems and tools to provide exceptional support.
  • Inspire trust, teamwork, and positive team relationships, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Defuse customer situations and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner, always prioritizing the customer's needs and concerns.
  • Ensure the security and privacy of customer information through education, compliance, and resolution of issues, upholding the highest standards of data protection.
  • Motivate and inspire others to adopt initiatives such as our arenaflex Rewards program, driving engagement and loyalty among our customers.

Pay Range Details

The pay range for this position is $18.45 - $19.20 hourly, with opportunities for performance-based incentives and bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance options, PTO accruals, holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.

Commission Structure

As a sales-driven organization, we offer competitive commission structures to our top-performing employees. Apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5%, while Beauty and Men's Fragrance sales roles receive a commission of 3%.
