Job Summary

As an Experienced Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, following up with clients, and providing personalized support to ensure they understand their benefits and what's available to them. This role requires a career-oriented individual with exceptional customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

* Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to ensure they understand their benefits and what's available to them

  • Provide personalized support to clients, addressing their unique needs and concerns
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

* Previous customer service and sales experience is a plus

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Customer service or customer relationship experience
