Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into Xero, reconciling payments, and ensuring that our financial records are up-to-date and accurate. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter contact lists from one platform into Xero

• Reconcile payments on Xero to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations
• Remove unreconciled payments from Xero and re-reconcile with the correct tax rate
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in financial data
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, bookkeeping, or a related field

• Proficiency in Xero and other accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with financial reconciliation and tax compliance

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Certification in bookkeeping or accounting (e.g. Xero Certified Advisor)
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
