Join us as our DevOps & Cloud Engineer Engineer (m/w/d) at Dedalus, one of the World’s leading healthcare technology companies, in Trier or 100% Home Office in Germany to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.

Your Tasks:

  • Design, develop, and maintain platform tooling that enables efficient deployment, monitoring, and operations of containerized applications across hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud)

  • Implement and manage container applications using Kubernetes, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security

  • Develop new features using modern programming languages (Go, Java), and maintain existing codebases following software engineering best practice

  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment pipelines using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Helm, or Ansible

  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve platform usability and performance

You bring in:

  • Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in the context of the job description

  • More than 3 years of experience

  • Background in Software Engineering and / or System Integrations

  • Practical experience in development of enterprise applications

  • Experience with a programming language (Go, Java,...)

  • Experience in CI environments and DevOps methodologies

  • Experience with container virtualization and management

  • Knowledge in working on Linux, Windows, Cloud-native

  • A plus is knowledge with Kubernetes

  • Languages Skills: English and German C1 - C2 

  • Experience in the healthcare domain would be beneficial

  • Knowledge in development of Web and Desktop Applications
