This individual will be responsible for monitoring the operations of the floor, ensuring tables are running smoothly without error and providing supervisory support to team members.

• Monitor team performance, ensure KPIs and expectations are met
• Work with operations to ensure success of team and operations
• Manage projects and deadlines
• Manage, supervise, coach and motivate team
• Time and attendance maintenance of employees
• Handle employee relations within the team, including disciplinary cases

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years of experience as a supervisor or in related field
• Experience as a game presenter or shuffler preferred but not required
• Technically proficient
• High level of organization
• Ability to work flexible hours
