We are looking for a Project Coordinator! (Preferably Peru-based) Join one of the leading and fastest-growing private interpreting companies in the United States! We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, work-from-home Project Coordinator for our On-site Interpretation Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain project, contractor, and client databases & files to ensure they are up-to-date.
  • Responsible for the delivery of quality, timely, and profitable interpreting inquiries and other projects.
  • Respond to requests from customers, associates, and management in a clear, concise, and timely manner, providing high-quality customer service.
  • Input new interpreter information into the interpreter database and company systems, creating new profile folders.
  • Develop lasting relationships with clients and build knowledge based on their operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with the management team to strategize future opportunities.
  • Work in partnership with other team members to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality interpreting inquiries.
  • Exercise a high degree of professionalism and self-motivation using personal initiative to identify and recommend best practices.
  • Demonstrate a continued commitment to professional education and industry best practices.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks as required.
Professional Qualifications and Experience:
  • Native or near-native proficiency in English.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative and/or operations positions.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s/comparable degree (not mandatory but preferred).
  • Experience in the interpretation and translation industry, with familiarity with the specific needs and operations of onsite interpreting services, including scheduling, coordination, and client management.
Skills:
  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables, KPI measurement, margin growth analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve problems effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong account management and presentation skills.
  • Superior execution and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours or rotating schedules as needed, with occasional in-office meetings with the Peruvian team.
  • Reliable and steady internet connection with headsets that have a microphone and USB connection.
About the Position:
  • Work-from-home position.
  • Category: Independent Contractor.
  • Contractor must be based in LATAM (preferably in Peru).
  • Salaried full-time position with a monthly salary paid in USD.
  • This is strictly an administrative and operational position, not an interpretation role.
  • Occasionally rotating work schedule when needed.
