What You'll Be Doing

As a Digital Customer Support Publishing Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live customer inquiries in a web-based chat platform, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries
  • Troubleshooting login problems, billing issues, or promo code concerns, and escalating complex issues to Tier 2 agents for resolution
  • Following prewritten workflows and response templates for consistency, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
  • Tagging, logging, and summarizing each resolved conversation, providing valuable insights for process improvement
  • Maintaining a professional and friendly tone in all text-based interactions, setting the tone for exceptional customer experiences

Minimum Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • The ability to stay calm, accurate, and productive during chat queues

Pay & Schedule Info

* Starting rate: $25/hour

  • Promotion potential: $30-$35/hour after 30 shifts and positive feedback
  • Schedule your shifts weekly – choose mornings, evenings, weekends, or overnight
  • Minimum commitment: 15 hours/week

Training Program Includes

* 2 hours of onboarding content to get you started

  • Simulated chat sessions for practice, helping you build confidence and skills
  • First monitored shift scored by QA, providing valuable feedback for improvement
  • Most reps are fully live within 3-5 business days, with ongoing support and training to ensure your success

A Real Chat Shift Example

Imagine signing in at 9 AM, with your first chat from a user who can't access their product. You walk them through the reset steps, providing clear and concise instructions. Another customer wants to update billing – you send them the link and confirm. A third asks about a discount – you paste the current promo. Each message is handled calmly and quickly, all typed.
