Job Overview

As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing top-tier support and guidance on their insurance benefit options. Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, text, and scheduled Zoom calls to understand their needs and provide personalized support

  • Answer questions and guide customers through their benefit options, ensuring they receive accurate and timely information
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using internal systems, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our team
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous service with a problem-solving mindset, resolving issues and exceeding client expectations
  • Collaborate with a virtual team while managing your own day-to-day workflow, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

What You Bring

• You're 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • No previous insurance or customer service experience? That's okay – we'll provide comprehensive training to help you succeed
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, people-first attitude, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • Self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech comfort: able to use tools like Zoom, email, and digital tracking systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
