The Impact You'll Make

As a Manager-Customer Marketing-Consumer Goods at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in tackling one of the most pressing social challenges of our time: achieving more efficient production while lowering the impact on the environment. You'll lead the development and execution of demand generation efforts, including ABM, content, and event marketing, working in collaboration with our digital promotions team to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

* Translate overall business unit objectives and targets into goals and plans for the Consumer Goods marketing team

  • Lead the development and execution of all demand generation efforts, including ABM, content, and event marketing
  • Collaborate with the brand team and agency partners to deliver customer-focused, compelling, and on-brand content and creative
  • Engage with a wide range of stakeholders across sales, product marketing, product, and customer success to develop strategies, messaging, and processes that drive buy-in and collaboration between sales and marketing throughout the funnel
  • Manage weekly and monthly reporting on KPIs to senior-level stakeholders across the organization, developing action plans accordingly
  • Identify, build, and manage strategic partnership programs across the industry, ensuring maximum value is captured
  • Support the harmonization of acquired brands and teams into the larger Marketing and Revenue Operations team
  • Drive team engagement and professional development of members of the Consumer Goods and larger Brand & Customer marketing team
  • Build processes, tools, and ways of working that support high-quality, efficient, and collaborative work across the sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Judiciously manage the expenditures and ROI of the Consumer Goods marketing budget

What You Bring to the Role

* 10+ years of experience in a marketing-related role, preferably in the Consumer Goods industry (manufacturing or retail)

  • Marketing experience in a SaaS role considered an asset
  • Proven expertise driving results in a B2B environment leveraging ABM
  • Experience influencing decision-making across diverse business teams, along with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights and action plans
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects with extreme attention to detail and organization skills
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to evaluate ideas against business needs and success criteria
  • Ability to simplify complex issues and proven track record of developing highly-effective executive communications
  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience

Job Information

* Location: Remote (must be able to work Eastern Standard Time)

  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • US Base Salary Range: $108,000 - $162,000 USD
  • Bonus/Commissions: Eligible for the Sales Incentive Plan or Eligible for a performance-based bonus
