Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer support representative to join our team on a seasonal, work-at-home basis. As a customer support representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients' customers, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction goals. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers via phone, email, and chat.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED.

  • One year of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or customer support role).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Two or more years of customer service experience.

  • Experience working in a call center or customer support environment.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services.
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm).
  • Experience with multiple software applications and systems.
