Job Summary

As a Customer Service Technical Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our business and individual tax software clients, as well as our practice clients. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving moderate to complex technical inquiries via phone, online chat, or email. Your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to provide timely and effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support to clients via phone, online chat, or email, resolving moderate to complex technical issues related to tax software and practice management systems.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and sales, to resolve technical issues and improve product functionality.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's tax software and practice management systems, as well as industry trends and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the tax software or accounting industry.

  • Strong technical expertise in tax software, practice management systems, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
