Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Booking Hotels for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking hotel accommodations. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless client experiences, stay up-to-date on hotel offerings and industry trends, and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting and booking hotel accommodations that meet their needs and preferences

  • Provide accurate and timely information on hotel amenities, pricing, and availability to ensure client satisfaction
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or online chat, resolving issues and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and bookings, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences, share knowledge, and provide support as needed
  • Stay updated on hotel offerings, travel trends, and industry changes to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients
  • Attend virtual training sessions and team meetings to stay informed and aligned with company goals and objectives
