Key Responsibilities

As a part-time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing quick, effective solutions to inquiries across various channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to orders, payments, and account management
  • Assisting customers with product inquiries, returns, and shipping concerns
  • Processing customer feedback and suggesting improvements based on customer insights
  • Meeting and exceeding performance goals, including quality standards, productivity targets, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborating with team members to identify and resolve recurring issues and improve service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively

Experience

While previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred, it's not required. Experience working in remote or virtual settings is a plus, but not necessary.

Working Hours

This is a part-time, remote position with flexible working hours. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required as customer demand fluctuates. Shifts typically range from 20 to 29 hours per week.
