Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Chat Support Representative to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for providing prompt, professional, and effective assistance to customers via chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via live chat, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Assist customers with order status, product inquiries, returns, refunds, and account-related concerns.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
  • Record customer interactions and maintain logs for future reference.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company guidelines and policies to ensure a consistent customer service experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately while engaging in multiple chat conversations.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow guidelines.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM tools is a plus.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce or online services company.
  • Previous experience in chat support is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's platform, policies, and products is an added advantage.

Working Hours

Flexible work schedules, including rotational shifts and weekends. Shift timings will be communicated during the hiring process based on business requirements.
