Job Overview:

As a Level 1 Agent, you will be an integral part of ensuring smooth communication between patients and medical staff while maintaining our commitment to confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and compassionate service. You will efficiently and empathetically answer patient phone calls and, when necessary, relay accurate messages to healthcare providers. Your role will be to create a positive experience for our patients, while also contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer Patient Calls Promptly and Relay Messages Accurately:

Respond to patient calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that messages are delivered accurately and efficiently.

Maintain HIPAA Compliance:

Adhere to strict cybersecurity protocols and confidentiality guidelines to safeguard patient and company information.

Utilize Call Center Software:

Effectively manage high call volumes using arenaflex's call center software, ensuring that all messages are delivered quickly and accurately.

Improve Customer Satisfaction:

Meet performance metrics and exceed customer expectations to help improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Strong Communication and Active Listening Skills:

Possess excellent communication and active listening skills to effectively interact with patients and medical staff.

Medical Terminology Knowledge:

Having medical terminology knowledge is a plus, but not required.

Holiday Availability:

Able to work one summer holiday and one winter holiday.

Multitasking and Basic Computer Skills:

Possess basic computer skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service Experience:

Proven experience in customer service, with the ability to handle high call volumes.

Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail:

Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Emotional Stability and Positive Attitude:

Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and emotionally stable during stressful situations, with a positive and optimistic attitude.

HIPAA Knowledge and Compliance:

Familiarity with HIPAA regulations or a willingness to learn and adhere to them.

Punctuality and Attendance:

Punctuality and adherence to arenaflex's attendance policies are essential.
