Job Summary

As a Customer Experience – Partnership Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling all aspects of customer experience, including content and emails sent to subscribers, customer service inquiries, and finding ways to improve engagement. You'll also identify and conduct tests to encourage subscribers to share their arenaflex with family and friends, launch and manage the arenaflex affiliate program, and conduct business development outreach to financial advisors, lawyers, and life insurance agents.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle all aspects of customer experience, including content and emails sent to subscribers, customer service inquiries, and finding ways to improve engagement

  • Identify and conduct tests to get subscribers "sharing" their arenaflex with family and friends
  • Launch and manage the arenaflex affiliate program with moms, teenagers, and retired individuals
  • Conduct business development outreach to financial advisors, lawyers, and life insurance agents to add arenaflex to their client offerings
  • Collaborate with friends and colleagues to gather feedback and incorporate it into our product positioning for each demographic
  • Create written materials and images as needed for customer emails and other communications
  • Work effectively as part of a small team and share the workload as needed

Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in customer experience, partnerships, or entrepreneurship, preferably in a rapidly growing startup

  • Passion and work ethic to be an entrepreneur and excited to get in on the ground floor of an exciting company
  • Experience with metrics-driven goals and achieving those objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write articulate and convincing emails
  • Energetic, positive, and resilient, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Effective problem-solving, multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the tech industry or with a similar startup

  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing and business development strategies
  • Strong understanding of the mindset of a parent and the ability to "live the brand"
  • Experience with content creation and social media marketing

Compensation and Benefits

* $70,000 - $80,000 annual base salary, depending on experience

  • Future equity possible
  • $125.00/month work-from-home subsidy

Work Environment

* Remote position with flexible work arrangements
