A Day in the Life of a Drug Testing Customer Service Representative

Our clients struggle with the complicated nature of how drug testing works and need a team of experts to rely on when they need help. That's where you come in! As a Drug Testing Customer Service Representative, you are ready for the challenge. You strive to provide meaningful and accurate support around our many different drug screening products. When clients reach out over the phone or online, you are happy to help. Starting by asking a series of questions, you determine exactly what they are looking for. Then, you find creative solutions to solve these issues. You enjoy being part of a collaborative team environment because you can always turn to your team to solve complex problems. Because you want our clients to be successful, you train and teach them to further their experience and knowledge. Plus, it allows you to increase your skillset. As you gain more experience, you have the opportunity to schedule drug testing events for applicants, match results when they come back from the laboratory, and relocate events to different areas based on the needs of our clients and applicants. In addition to interacting with our clients, you also update their accounts in our system, report on department health and metrics, refine our processes, and grow our drug screening product offering. You enjoy the variety inherent in your job and love that you are never bored!

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone and online, addressing their questions and concerns about drug testing products and services. - Determine the needs of clients and find creative solutions to solve their issues. - Train and teach clients to further their experience and knowledge of our drug screening products. - Schedule drug testing events for applicants, match results when they come back from the laboratory, and relocate events to different areas based on client needs. - Update client accounts in our system, report on department health and metrics, refine our processes, and grow our drug screening product offering.

Qualifications:

- Customer service experience or experience in a related field. - Phone skills and above-average computer skills. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
