What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the friendly voice that answers customers' questions and solves their problems. You'll educate customers on our life insurance products and benefits in a clear, compassionate way, and maintain accurate client records and assist with policy inquiries. You'll build strong connections with customers and make them feel valued, providing top-tier service with a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Educate customers on life insurance products and benefits, and provide personalized recommendations
• Maintain accurate client records and assist with policy inquiries
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred

• 0-2 years of customer service experience; experience in the insurance industry a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Knowledge of life insurance products and benefits
• Certification in customer service or a related field
